Prepayment & Cancellation Policies
Prepayment Policy:
In order to make your reservation for our Patmos Rooms to let, it is necessary that you prepay 50 % of the value of your stay via:
1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners)
2. Masterpass (e-wallet)
3. Bank deposit
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:
22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 256-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
